Registered Provider
A clear, well-written occupational therapy report gives the NDIS the evidence it needs to understand a participant’s situation. Our occupational therapists take the time to assess thoroughly and document their findings in a way that’s accurate, practical, and easy for decision-makers to act on
Why OT Reports Matter
Occupational therapy reports are more than paperwork. A report like a Functional Capacity Assessment or a housing report gives a clear picture of how a participant manages everyday life, where they need support, and why. That evidence helps the participant’s support team and the NDIS make informed, well-grounded decisions about the supports in a plan. Our reports look at functional ability, daily independence, and the practical detail that makes a real difference
