I am a dedicated behaviour support practitioner specialising in psychosocial and developmental disabilities. I use a person-centred, trauma-informed approach to holistically support individuals in enhancing their quality of life, working collaboratively with clients, families, and support networks to build sustainable, meaningful change.

Experience

Hayden is a dedicated behaviour support practitioner with a strong specialisation in psychosocial and developmental disabilities, including schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder (BPD), and acquired brain injuries (ABI). Grounded in a person-centred and trauma-informed approach, Hayden works holistically alongside individuals, families, and support teams toward the ultimate goal of enhancing quality of life.

Beyond his core specialisation, Hayden brings a broad and versatile skill set across the disability and health sector, with experience supporting individuals with ADHD and Autism, dementia, substance addiction, and both cognitive and psychological disabilities. His practice spans both adults and children, allowing him to adapt his approach to meet the needs of clients across the lifespan and across a wide range of presentations.

Hayden is known for meeting people where they are, drawing on trauma-informed principles to build trust and safety before working toward lasting behavioural change. He values collaboration with families, carers, and allied health professionals to ensure behaviour support strategies are cohesive, practical, and responsive to each person’s unique circumstances.
