I am a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with a diverse range of developmental and behavioural needs. My practice is grounded in functional behaviour assessment and evidence-based, person- centred strategies, and I work collaboratively with participants, families, and care teams to build practical, individualised plans. Growing up with relatives on the autism spectrum has given me a deep, personal understanding of the experiences of individuals with autism and their families, and shapes the compassionate, respectful approach I bring to my practice.
