I am a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in psychological and therapeutic practices. My academic credentials include a Bachelor of Psychological Science, a Graduate Certificate in Mental Health, and a Graduate Certificate in Play and Art Therapy. Additionally, I am a Ron Davis Autism Facilitator in Daily Life Concepts. Currently, I am nearing the completion of my Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis and Master of Social Work degrees. I hold registrations with both the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and Association for Behaviour Analysis Australia (ABA), ensuring that I adhere to the highest professional standards in my practice and continual professional development.

Kylie has over 10 years of experience working with children who have diverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and developmental delays. Kylie has an approach that is holistic, emphasizing the importance of involving all aspects of a child’s life, including family, school, and community. Kylie believes that by integrating support systems and creating a nurturing environment, children can thrive and achieve their fullest potential. Kylie’s extensive background in play and art therapy, combined with my role as a Ron Davis Autism Facilitator, equips her with unique tools and strategies to effectively support and empower children and their families creating a journey to suit your and your child’s needs.

Kylie has extensive experience working with adults who have high complex needs, providing comprehensive assessments and tailored support to ensure the best outcomes. Kylie’s work involves conducting in-depth evaluations, developing individualized support plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to address a wide range of challenges. Kylie’s goal is to enhance the quality of life for each individual by promoting independence, improving mental health, and fostering community integration. With her advanced training and ongoing professional development, she is committed to delivering exceptional care and support to adults facing significant challenges in their daily lives.

Kylie has also completed additional Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) training and receives regular supervision from a licensed BCBA professional to enhance her Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) abilities.
