Lucy Occupational Therapist

Lucy

Lucy is our occupational therapy team leader with experience across adult healthcare and a strong interest in mental health. She takes a person-centred, strengths-based approach, working with adults to understand how their condition affects daily life, and building strategies that support independence and meaningful participation. Alongside her clinical caseload, Lucy leads and mentors the OT team, helping ensure every client receives high-quality, individualised care.

Caitlin takes her practice directly into both home and school environments, working alongside families, educators, and support networks to ensure therapy skills transfer into the settings that actually matter. Her strengths-based approach draws on each child’s interests to build engagement and confidence from kindergarten through to high school

Sienna has direct experience working within the education system alongside neurodivergent children, giving her a grounded understanding of how school environments shape a child’s participation and daily functioning. Based on the South Gold Coast, she also extends community-based paediatric and adolescent services into Northern NSW

Libbie holds a Master of Occupational Therapy and brings a rare breadth to the team, with specialist adult experience across Stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, personality disorders, and trauma alongside paediatric work with ASD, GDD, and Cerebral Palsy. Her practice spans metropolitan and rural Queensland, and she’s equally comfortable in clinic, community, and home settings

With over twenty years of clinical experience and additional qualifications in occupational rehabilitation and adult learning, Donna brings a depth of practice across paediatrics, adolescents, and adults that few OTs can match. She has a particular interest in adult mental health, and as a parent herself, brings a grounded, practical perspective to her work with children and families

Laura is Therapy Partners’ Gympie-based OT, providing community and home-based services across the full lifespan for participants in the Gympie region and surrounds. She takes an interests-led, play-based approach with younger clients and supports adults with neurodivergence, psychosocial disability, and musculoskeletal conditions to build independence in daily life

Emma has built her practice across NDIS and private settings, supporting children across one of the broadest diagnostic ranges on the team, including ASD, ADHD, FASD, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and trauma histories. She places particular emphasis on accurate, well-structured reporting, understanding that what goes on paper has a direct impact on participant funding and outcomes

Shae

Shae works with adolescents and adults across physical, neurodevelopmental, and social challenges, with a particular interest in supporting young people to rebuild confidence and independence in social and community settings. He delivers Sensory Profile Assessments and Functional Capacity Assessments alongside ongoing therapy across clinic and community

Chanelle works across the full lifespan from children through to adults, covering paediatric development, adolescent daily living skills, and adult-focused functional assessment. She’s one of the few members of the OT team offering Home and Living Assessments alongside ongoing paediatric and adolescent therapy

Mia’s paediatric practice is built on the belief that the best outcomes happen when families feel genuinely involved throughout the therapy process, not just updated at the end. She works with children and adolescents of all ages and abilities using a strengths-based, family-centred approach, and delivers Functional Capacity Assessments alongside ongoing therapy

Cody M

Cody works across adolescent and adult presentations, with clinical experience spanning complex psychosocial conditions, acquired brain injury, stroke, and ASD alongside intellectual disability. He’s experienced in writing Tribunal Functional Reports and SIL assessments, and brings a strong focus on child safety and cross-stakeholder collaboration to complex cases

Szu-Yu

Szu is fluent in English and Mandarin and brings clinical experience across Australia and Taiwan, giving her a cross-cultural perspective that’s particularly valuable when working with Mandarin-speaking families. Her paediatric focus covers ASD, ADHD, anxiety, and GDD, supported by a background in adult rehabilitation and mental health

Brenna’s paediatric experience spans private NDIS practice, QLD Health community settings, and CYMHS mental health inpatient services, giving her a clinical background broader than most OTs at a similar career stage.
