Having personal experiences in the coordination and care for loved ones, Selina understands the stress that finding an expert therapist that has availability can bring. The importance of setting realistic timeframes and providing clear and transparent communication cannot be understated. Keeping clients up to date and giving realistic timeframes, removes the stress from the process and allows you to focus on providing care to your loved ones.
Support Coordinators
Selina is the key point of contact for Supports Coordinators, offering clear and transparent communication at every stage. Whether it be timely delivery of our online client referral forms and service agreements, updates on assessment bookings or the thorough Quality Assurance she ensures for all NDIS reports, Selina prides herself on the quality of what we deliver and subsequently our reputation.
A firm believer in “if you say to you are going to do something, you do it”, Selina’s goal is for Therapy Partners to set and exceed your expectations, a motto that is instilled right throughout our team. Selina will offer you proactive status updates on reports, therapist availability, and assessment bookings, without you having to chase for them.
