Emily has experience working across various settings as an Occupational Therapist including aged care, private NDIS practice, paediatrics, and government hospital settings. Through the experience that she has gained, Emily understands the value and importance of adopting a strength based and client centred approach.
She has delivered services across various environments, such as homes, schools, and clinic settings to provide assessment, therapeutic intervention, and meaningful liaison with family members and key stakeholders.
Paediatrics
Emily is passionate to support children in developing the skills to maximise their independence and engage in occupations that are meaningful to them. She has experience in delivering evidence-based practice to children with a range of diagnoses and adopts a family centred approach when delivering services to children, as it is of high importance to her that each client and their family feels safe and supported during each interaction.
