Prior to working in paediatrics, Lateesha worked in youth mental health and geriatrics, which has equipped her with a well-rounded understanding of various age groups and their unique needs. This experience highlighted the importance of strength-based and holistic therapy.

Lateesha’s approach to paediatric occupational therapy is deeply rooted in client-centred care. She believes in the importance of tailoring her interventions to meet the unique needs and goals of each child and their family through developing meaningful therapeutic relationships and evidence-based therapy.

Lateesha places a strong emphasis on clear, effective and goal-orientated report writing. She understands that a well-crafted report is essential for effective communication between stakeholders and promotes progress for clients through appropriate funding outcomes.
