Vanessa

Vanessa Behaviour support practitioner

I am a Behaviour Support Practitioner with over eight years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with complex needs. My practice is grounded in Functional Behaviour Assessment, Positive Behaviour Support, and trauma-informed, person-centred strategies. I am passionate about creating tailored tools and resources that help participants build skills, regulate emotions, and achieve meaningful, sustainable outcomes.

Experience
