How long is your waitlist?
At present we have immediate capacity for all NDIS-based reports, including Functional Capacity Assessments, Supported Independent Living Assessments, and Specialist Disability Accommodation.
We also have immediate capacity for face-to-face sessions in various regions. Speak with our team to find out more about availability in your area.
Do I need to have NDIS funding to receive service?
No! Therapy Partners are able to service clients with or without NDIS funding for all our occupational therapy, speech pathology, and behaviour support services. Services can be paid for via Medicare, a private health fund, or paid privately.
If I haven't seen a therapist before, what should I do?
At Therapy Partners, we will ask all new clients, regardless of if they have previously seen a therapist in any of our service areas, to complete a New Client Form. This will allow for us to assign a therapist that will best suit your condition and needs.
From there, an Initial Assessment is completed (e.g., Occupational Therapy Initial Assessment, Speech Pathology Initial Assessment, Behaviour Support Assessment, Psychology Assessment, etc), and a report is provided to outline the purpose and goals for future therapy.
Do you offer telehealth services?
Yes, we offer telehealth sessions for many of our services, providing a convenient and accessible option for clients who may prefer remote therapy or live in regional areas. Please discuss your preferences with our team when booking. Click here to learn more

Information
The National Disability Insurance Scheme is an Australian Government funded scheme for costs associated with disability. We frequently work with patients supported by this program
Occupational Therapy can be funded by Medicare, also provided by the Australian Government. For details on whether or not you meet the medicare criteria please click here
We work with all major private health funds to ensure our services are as accessible as possible. Depending on your level of cover, you may be eligible for a rebate on your sessions. Check with your provider to confirm specific benefits you may be eligible for
